Assystem is looking for a Quality Manager to be based in California on a permanent basis. Working for a leading aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company providing total maintenance solutions to an expanding client base of international airlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining a quality system acceptable to FAA, EASA and other NAA's
- Be the key Quality contact person for authorities and customers
- Responsible for all Quality aspects of the Repair Station
- Provide technical supervision for quality and safety functions
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A&P License required
- Must be current per FARs requirements (Federal Aviation Regulations)
- FAA drug test and valid drivers license required
- Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance
- Have good knowledge of the FAR 145 regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills that enables you to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Have quality experience and training in an aircraft maintenance or airline environment, preferably with experience in Line Maintenance
- Must be a USA National or hold a current Green Card
